Rental Rates
Rental rates start at $1016.52 per month for a two-bedroom suite. All rates include hydro, water, and a Shaw BlueCurve high-speed internet and television package. Outdoor parking is also included. Enclosed garage stalls are available starting at $21.44 per month.
The life lease deposit is $35,000 secured by Concentra Trust of Canada and fully refundable upon termination of the lease. The deposit for a garage stall is an additional $3500, which is also fully refundable.
