Rental Rates
Rental rates start at $1120.92 per month for a two-bedroom suite with one bathroom. Two-bedroom suites with two bathrooms start at $1241.22. All rates include hydro, water, and a Shaw BlueCurve high-speed internet and television package.
The life lease deposit is $60,000 secured by Concentra Trust of Canada and fully refundable upon termination of the lease.
